We provide Fundraising and Capital Advisory services and transaction Due Diligence.
Nature of our role
We act as advisers to our clients under a written engagement. We do not manage money or portfolios, deal or trade in securities, accept or hold client funds or securities, act as a registered market intermediary, or provide investment advice to the public.
Where a transaction requires a regulated activity — managing a public issue, underwriting, acting as a registrar or transfer agent, or distributing securities — that work is performed by the appropriately registered firms appointed to the transaction. We coordinate with them; we do not perform those functions.
